Today Tonight Tomorrow sequel hitting shelves soon!

Hello, hello! Long time, no chat. I meant to send a newsletter back in October, but then I got swept up in deadlines, and then holidays, and then deadlines again...which is the reason I'm just now sending out an update on a book I announced six months ago!

BUT. There's a very good reason for it to happen today. First of all, let's talk about the book itself. My next release is Past Present Future, the sequel to Today Tonight Tomorrow, hitting shelves June 4! It follows Rowan and Neil as they navigate a long-distance relationship during their first year of college, filled with hijinks and growth and so many soft, romantic moments. (Scroll all the way down for the full synopsis.) And this time it's dual POV!
I never planned on writing a sequel when T3 was published, and it wasn't until readers started asking about what happens next for Rowan and Neil that I started wondering, too. But I knew I only wanted to write a sequel if I found the right story—because nothing was more important to me than giving these characters the ending they deserved.Â
The idea came to me in late 2021, and once it was approved by my publisher, I kept it a secret for TWO YEARS. Until late 2023, when the book was completely done, I didn't tell anyone but my friends that I was writing it. The simplest explanation is that I was terrified. I didn’t know if I could get it right, and if I didn’t? I hated the idea of letting anyone down, especially when T3 readers have always been so, so wonderful. I had to write it for myself first, a bit of escapist joy and two characters I couldn’t stop loving if I tried.Â
Now that it's almost out in the world, I'm emotional all over again. Rowan and Neil have brought me so much happiness over the years, from their 24-hour rivals-to-lovers story in T3 to their collegiate next chapter in PPF. I'm so thrilled to finally be sharing it with you!

Some really exciting news is that there's a Barnes & Noble exclusive edition of Past Present Future, and it is GORGEOUS! Look at those sprayed edges WITH THE LITTLE SPACE NEEDLE!! This edition will also have a bonus second epilogue from Neil's POV.Â
Which brings me back to the reason I'm sending a newsletter today: you can preorder this exclusive edition through tomorrow for 25 percent off using the code PREORDER25! You have to be a B&N rewards member, and if you're a premium member, you get an extra 10 percent off. This will be the last B&N preorder sale before the book releases, and because this edition is limited to the first printing, I highly recommend snagging one asap if you know you want one!Â
Here's the official synopsis of Past Present Future:
When longtime rivals Rowan Roth and Neil McNair confessed their feelings on the last day of senior year, they knew they’d only have a couple months together before they left for college. Now summer is over, and they’re determined to make their relationship work as they begin school in different states.
In Boston, Rowan is eager to be among other aspiring novelists, learning from a creative writing professor she adores. She’s just not sure why she suddenly can’t seem to find her voice.
In New York, Neil embraces the chaos of the city, clicking with a new friend group more easily than he anticipated. But when his past refuses to leave him alone, he doesn’t know how to handle his rapidly changing mental health—or how to talk about it with the girl he loves.
Over a year of late-night phone calls, weekend visits, and East Coast adventures, Rowan and Neil fall for each other again and again as they grapple with the uncertainty of their new lives. They’ve spent so many years at odds with each other—now that they’re finally on the same team, what does the future hold for them?
A little teaser...
I'm going on tour for Past Present Future in June! I'll be sharing the specifics on Instagram next week, but here's a sneak peek: I'll be in Seattle, Los Angeles, Orlando, Boston, and New York, and I CANNOT WAIT. If you're in/near one of those areas, I would absolutely love to see you!
